If you find that a new AC installation is the best choice for your family, we will guide you to the best product choices for your size home and your price range. We will consider:
The age and condition of your present unit
Your possible energy saving with a new AC installation
Is Bigger Better?
How do we tell what size unit you need? There are specific formulas for load calculation derived from a guide known in the trade as Manual J. It factors in such things as which side of your house gets the most heat and light, the number and size of windows, the type of roof you have, your insulation, ceiling height and square footage. Based on that, we will know what size air conditioner you need.
SEER stands for Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio. It is a measurement somewhat like R-value in insulation or miles-per-gallon in a car. A 16 SEER unit operates 40-60% more efficiently than any unit that was available ten years ago.
What Size Do You Need?
An air conditioner that is too large will cool off your house more quickly but it won’t necessarily remove humidity, which is one of your AC’s most important jobs. An oversized system will cycle on and off more rapidly and eventually shorten the life of the motor. And you will pay a higher price for a higher-powered machine, not a good investment!
As a reputable AC installation company, we don’t want you to waste your hard-earned money, so we will take the time to explain the different brands and sizes that will fit within your budget and meet your goals.
New machines not only operate more efficiently, they are better for the earth’s atmosphere. The government has been phasing out R-22, commonly known as Freon, in favor of formulas that are friendlier to the ozone layer. Freon should be available for at least ten more years to recharge older units, but the supply is not infinite. All ACs made after 2010 only accommodate the new generation of coolant.
Solid Warranty Protection - Satisfaction Guaranteed
Proper installation of your new home comfort system is critical to its proper function and reliability - and we guarantee it. In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, if you're not satisfied with our product installation work, we will resolve any issues regarding material and workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied, we will remove the installed equipment and refund your money.
AC Installation & Maintenance Plans
Our optional maintenance plans can be customized to suit your needs. Each is designed to keep your new AC installation working at peak performance 365 days a year. Having routine maintenance is the only way to make sure your air conditioning system isn't wasting energy and to eliminate expensive service calls.
We will make sure the temperature of the air coming out of the ducts has the same reading as the thermostat. From small problems to major ones, a maintenance program covers it.
